Warning regarding my chocolate flavor “Cream & Sugar Please”


Anyone who has a box of Cocoa Camellia chocolates that is near or on the expiration date this message is for you. So you know, sugar is the natural preservative of confections and chocolates but with the “Cream & Sugar Please” I chose an 84% dark chocolate for the center and didn’t realize until know how that affected its storage life. I’ve found that the “Cream & Sugar Please” flavor doesn’t hold up as well as the other flavors. The inside of it turns moldy.  Because of it’s inconsistency in storage life -as i’ve found with the quality testers- I am indefinitely putting this flavor on hold. Again it is only the “Cream & Sugar Please” that I have noticed this problem, if you have a box or had a box that had this problem please contact me (info in contact section) and I will compensate you for the chocolate.

Here are the markets I'm currently at

Sorry folks, adding my google calendar to the site wasn't as easy as I thought it would be but I will figure it out soon. In the meantime here's where I'm at: Thursdays 8-12:30pm Estes Market, every-other Saturday I'm at the Drake Road Farmers market in fort collins (july 30th, aug 13th, aug 27th, and so on) 10-1pm. The other saturdays I am either at the Greeley farmers market (aug 6, 7:30-12pm) or at a festival

it's been awhile since I last posted but I have been making gourmet chocolates for Victoria's Tiny Tea Room since November now.
Signature Chocolates soon!

By the end of the month my signature chocolate will finally be available! (hopefully)

This whole project was going to be put on indefinite hold until Julie from Lavender-N-Lace suggested a collaboration. (Yay Julie!) So I am now making the chocolates for Lavender N Lace/ Victoria's Tiny Tea Room in Eaton. The signature line of chocolates using organic fair trade chocolate (from sweet earth chocolates) will be ready (hopefully) by the end of this month, Oct. The chocolates will be  labeled as Lavender N Lace Susie's Signature Selection (or something like that). I will let you know when they are officially available for purchase.
Not to be confusing, I make almost all the chocolates currently available at Lavender N Lace, it's my signature chocolates that I are currently a work in progress.

So, until then feel free to come by and check out the delicious chocolates already available at Lavender N Lace

Hot Chocolate

I will have my own hot chocolate mixes by the end of October!

I will have flavored and regular hot chocolate mixes that everyone should be able to purchase and enjoy by the end of the month! Please email me if you would like to learn more about the chocolate I am using

I will be attending the Holiday Market in Brighton, CO saturday Nov. 13th 9-4pm

The holiday market will be held at the Foundations Academy lunchroom/gym in Brighton CO just off of I-76 from 9am to 4pm.

4th St. winter farmers market on Sundays in Loveland

Sundays, October thru December (minus a few weeks), I will be in Loveland at the 4th street winter farmers market- also known as the Cherry Blossom festival and event center- it will be open from 11-3pm.


Just go down Cleveland turn left on 4th street past Lincoln and your there!
