Warning regarding my chocolate flavor “Cream & Sugar Please”
Anyone who has a box of Cocoa Camellia chocolates that is near or on the expiration date this message is for you. So you know, sugar is the natural preservative of confections and chocolates but with the “Cream & Sugar Please” I chose an 84% dark chocolate for the center and didn’t realize until know how that affected its storage life. I’ve found that the “Cream & Sugar Please” flavor doesn’t hold up as well as the other flavors. The inside of it turns moldy. Because of it’s inconsistency in storage life -as i’ve found with the quality testers- I am indefinitely putting this flavor on hold. Again it is only the “Cream & Sugar Please” that I have noticed this problem, if you have a box or had a box that had this problem please contact me (info in contact section) and I will compensate you for the chocolate.
